Our promises
- Every ad is labeled "Advertisement." Sponsored stories say so in the first line.
- Sponsors never influence the news. They can't see, approve or change our coverage.
- We run no ads on election pages.

We launched in October 2026. Our readership is small today, and we won't quote numbers we can't back up. Ask us for the current counts any time.
What we don't run
- Political ads in the week before an election, unless they're clearly labeled and legal.
- Ads that look like news, or that suggest the county government is behind them.
- On the Veterans and First Responders desk, anything but ads from veteran-serving groups and employers.
How it works
- Email [email protected] with what you want to promote and where.
- We confirm the spot and send a one-page order. First-time advertisers prepay.
- Send your ad to spec by 5 p.m. the Thursday before the Sunday Issue.
- We run it and label it.
